Kitty has a passion for endocrinology. You can see her well-trained cat, Pippa, in the picture, who knows how to ‘sit’, ‘shake a paw’ and ‘lie down’!

Emma Penry RVN

Emma joined our team in 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of nursing experience. She has a real enthusiasm for dentistry and inpatient care, where her calm and reassuring manner helps our patients get back to their best as quickly as possible. Jane Bracken

Jane Bracken

Head Receptionist

Jane is our Head Receptionist, who has been with us for 30 years. As if her 4 cats and tortoise weren’t enough to look after, she’s also a longstanding fosterer for RSPCA Shropshire Branch. You’ll find a lot of cats nearby who were named by Jane whilst she hand-reared them as kittens!
